What movie did you expect would be terrible, but was actually really good?
I didn't think Batman Begins would be terrible, I just had no desire to see it. The mister talked me into it and I was surprised at how good it was. I see they're filming the sequel - The Dark Knight, and they've replaced Katie Holmes with Maggie Gyllenhaal. Yay!
How are you celebrating Halloween today?
I'm dressing up as a witch and handing out candy to the little monsters ..er.. kids.
What sources do you count on for national news coverage? How about international and local news?
I get the CNN headlines emailed to me every morning as well the Canada.com headlines. I look at Google's news page at least a couple times a day. Once in a while I'll turn on the TV and watch the local news (Global) or CNN or HNN. I prefer the local (Canadian) newscasters, tho'. They're not the hysterical talking heads that U.S. newscasters tend to be. And I usually get a chance to read The Province once a week.

Fly.
Where do you consider home? Is it the place you grew up; the place you're currently living? Why is it home?

Home is where the heart is. Yes, trite but true: home is wherever the mister is.
What other names did your parents consider for you?
Rebecca was the one other name they were considering. An aunt and uncle, who had been told the name, had a daughter just before I was born and used that name. Coincidence? Probably not.
Do you have a sixth sense? How do you experience it?
Once in a while a dream comes true. It's never about anything important, no lottery numbers or stuff like that.
Have you noticed a climate change in the area where you live over the past few years?
Nope, I've moved around too much to notice anything like that. Ask me again in five years.
If you could have one superpower, what would you choose?

Flying, hands down. Of course I'd have to dress warmly but it would be worth it. Fill a backpack with some necessities and then be off to ... everywhere!
Okay, we hate to ask, but... over the roll or under the roll?
Over, dammit. Any other way just isn't civilised.
